Ripped Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 small bananas
- 480ml unsweetened soy milk
- 2tbsp almond butter
- 300g frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 handful spinach
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve between 2 glasses.
Notes
Tip: To add sweetness , you can add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (not included in nutritional information).
