Building a plan for YOU and YOUR Goals
Eat, Count, Lose, Repeat is our weight loss plan and will support you to be able to eat the foods you love, that fit with your lifestyle and home life and still lose weight. To count the things which are important such as weight, inches, sleep, steps etc – all of which give us the best chance of achieving our goals and feeling amazing doing so. You can track your weight loss and measurements in the My Plan section too along with seeing your awards for every 1% of your starting weight lost. Repeating these small changes, by counting calories, tracking your progress and engaging with the videos, blogs, members only group you’ll be able to build momentum which will carry you through to achieving your goals and we’re here every step of the way to support you too.

Where do i start?
Step 1: Complete the About Me page
Step 2: Add your weight onto the My Plan page. This will then enable the calculation of your calories.
Step 3: You can now use the meal and food tracker as it pulls through the information and start tracking. When you update your weight, it’ll update your calories too.
Step 4: Join the Members Only Facebook group for live videos and loads of support and inspiration from other members.
where will i find the live sessions?
The weekly live sessions are run through the Facebook group where you can interact, ask questions etc by posting on the live video. The session are recorded and we aim to get them onto the members blogs as soon as possible after the live session (realistically a day or 2 after).
how often and when do i need to weigh?
You can choose what day you weigh, how often you weigh – it’s entirely up to you. We’d recommend you try to weigh at the same time of the day and keep in mind that it takes 24-72 hours for the food you’ve eaten to be processed, so if you’ve had a big dinner the night before, you may want to leave it another day ; )
